Summer Fencing

Group classes for 2026 start with the school term from January 28th.

However we know some of you just can’t get enough of the hottest sport in town, so for you we have the following options in January!

Warm-Up Wednesdays

True friends stab you in the front

On Wednesdays January 7th, 14th, and 21st, join us for epee and and sabre training at our Mitcham venue. 7pm-9pm, we’ll open the doors and start the fans early. If things really heat up there will be useful drills we can do without all the kit on.

This session is covered by your standard club membership and term 1 fee. Visitors also welcome. Just make sure you pay your club and Fencing Victoria memberships before you arrive to fence!

If you have never fenced before, scroll down to our Have-A-Go session information.

Summer Training Camp

January Friday 16th – Sunday 18th

Three days of intensive training, catering for both epee and sabre, and all skill levels.
Book for the whole camp, or individual days.
More details and booking links can be found here: https://whitehorsechevaliers.org.au/summer-fencing-camp/

Have A Go Sessions

Yes, our school holiday have-a-go sessions are back, for one week only in January!
And yes, if you have a go and then decide you can’t wait for term to start, you will learn enough that you will be able to sign up for the 3 day fencing camp.
