Our popular school holiday sessions are back, bigger and better than ever!
Have-A-Go
Ever wanted to try the Olympic Sport of the sword – Fencing?
Or perhaps you just want to channel young enthusiasm for hitting each other to a safer outlet.
These have-a-go sessions are just $15 per person, all equipment provided, suitable for ages 7-17.
We split the sessions into age-appropriate classes, and by the end of the session all ages will be attacking, parrying and riposting in real fencing bouts.
You have four sessions to choose from:
July 15th – Tuesday afternoon
July 17th – Thursday morning and afternoon sessions
July 19th – Saturday morning
All you need to do is dress for sport (track pants, sneakers and t-shirt), and bring a bottle of water to drink.
You may also want your phone for a quick selfie with your sabre!

New! Saturday Family Day
Our Saturday session, July 19th, is now Family Friendly, with the opportunity for adults to join in the fun as well!
If you are aged 18+, sign yourself up to the Saturday session, and you too can learn the art of fencing at the same time as the kids.
On Saturdays we also have a small space set aside where siblings and younger children who don’t want to fence can play and socialise while you enjoy a new activity. Please note this is not a formal childcare arrangement.
New! Artistic Fencing
If you are more interested in playing a role in Star Wars or Macbeth than you are in the sport, we now have the perfect option for you.
Artistic (theatrical or performance) fencing requires a little more maturity, so this class is strictly for ages 12+, but adults are welcome to join as well.
We hope to offer a number of artistic fencing short courses in the second half of the year, so if this is your thing come and check it out!
