This Epee and Sabre competition aims to provide a friendly and social day of competition, welcoming competitors of all ages and skill levels.  Medals are awarded to the top 3 fencers in each event.

Volunteers to referee are much appreciated.  Referees receive free food from the canteen as a token of our gratitude.

Date: Sunday, July 2nd 2017

Location: Central Ringwood Community Centre, Bedford Park, Bedford Road, Ringwood.

Epee Roll Call: 10am

Sabre Roll Call: 11am

Awards Ceremony: 4:00 pm (or thereabouts)

Entry Fee: $15  (or $25 for both events)

Entries Due: Monday, June 26th

Format: A round of pools, followed by DE.  If there are sufficient numbers, a separate U13 event will run for younger fencers.  If time and numbers permit, we will offer a B tableau after the first round of the DE.

 

All fencers will need to provide their own electric equipment, and conform to Fencing Victoria clothing requirements for level 2 competitions (tracksuit pants ok).

The venue is close to Ringwood train station and has car parking on site.

Lunch & snacks available for purchase at the canteen.

Equipment repair & sales to be provided by Fencing Imports Australia.

E-mail president@whitehorsechevaliers.com with your name (or a list of names), events(s) to enter, and club name.

Entry fees can be paid by direct bank deposit, cash or cheque.  Entries are only confirmed once payment is received.   Entries accepted on the day will be limited depending on whether places are available.
